Jessie Thomas, 24, didn't realise that a few of her hair was lacking till hours after the "creepy" incident.
Jessie was travelling to Middlesbrough to work at a salon on February 12 when she observed the stranger moved three rows ahead and sit within the seat behind, Teesside Dwell experiences.
