A scholar claims that she was left with a damaged foot after being hit by an Uber driver who "got here out of nowhere" whereas she was on an evening out.
Laura Murphy says she has been left "traumatised" following the alleged incident in Manchester metropolis centre final weekend.
The 22-year-old says that the unknown driver clipped her and her pal.
The influence of the collision allegedly pressured her shoe to fly off her foot, which Laura later discovered was damaged.
