SNP accused of 'control freakery' after Holyrood questions email accidentally sent to all MSPs

The SNP has been accused of "management freakery" after an e mail was mistakenly despatched to all MSPs as an alternative of simply SNP members on what their questions shall be within the Chamber later this week.

Earlier as we speak an e mail was despatched by the SNP whips workplace to all members of parliament to, "please reply to this e mail with all Portfolio supplementaries by 1400 Tuesday".

MSPs from all sides will ask Scottish Authorities ministers portfolio questions on Wednesday and Thursday on a spread of subjects from well being to housing, and the structure.

Portfolio Questions are printed upfront to permit ministers to offer correct solutions.

After a minister responds to the primary MSP different members are allowed to ask supplementary questions on the subject being mentioned.

Scottish Labour has now accused the SNP of not being "considering listening to the actual voices of the individuals of Scotland" after the whips workplace requested Nationalist MSPs to submit their supplementary questions upfront.

Neil Bibby MSP, Labour's enterprise supervisor, mentioned: “The SNP have been caught within the act of spin and canopy up.
