Scots bride-to-be's penis costume stabbed by crazed yob on hen-do

A bride-to-be was attacked by a crazed yob who repeatedly stabbed the inflatable penis costume she was sporting for her hen night time.

Laura Inglis was celebrating with pals in Eaglesham, East Renfrewshire, forward of her marriage to Jill Hutchinson.

Laura, 23, was in Eaglesham Pavilion and Enjoying Fields when Ronald McKinnon, 27, struck final June 21.

A shaken Laura phoned police to report the incident and McKinnon, of Eaglesham, landed within the dock at Paisley Sheriff Courtroom.

He was charged with possessing a knife in public and culpable and reckless conduct by stabbing Laura’s costume. Final month he pleaded responsible to the culpable and reckless conduct cost.

Prosecutors amended the cost to say he had used “a pointy implement”, slightly than a knife, to stab the costume and his not responsible plea was accepted to the knife possession cost.

Sentencing was adjourned for studies and McKinnon was as a consequence of return to the dock this week.
