ScotRail have tabled an improved pay provide for practice drivers in a bid to finish the nation’s rail disaster.
Commerce union ASLEF mentioned a day of negotiations had ended with a 4.2% pay provide and improved situations.
They may now put the provide to their members.
The practice operator, which was nationalised in April, launched a scaled again timetable on Monday amid a pay dispute with practice drivers union ASLEF.
The row has led to drivers refusing to work extra time and on relaxation days, with ScotRail reducing greater than 700 companies throughout the nation.
ASLEF Scottish Organiser Kevin Lindsay mentioned: “ASLEF entered these talks in good religion. We've got negotiated a pay provide of 4.2%, a 3 12 months no obligatory redundancy deal and plenty of different enhancements. These will now be put to our members for his or her consideration.”
