A fork carry truck driver who threatened to chew a cop's face off and urinated behind a police van, was jailed immediately.
Alan Meechan, 35, was discovered drunk close to Boots in Falkirk city centre pushing a two-year-old boy in a buggy.
Prosecutor Rachel Wallace stated Meechan was "clearly closely intoxicated", unsteady on his ft, and clearly not capable of take care of the teen.
Meechan was arrested, and the kid was returned to the care of his mom.
Ms Wallace stated Meechan then started shouting abusive feedback on the police, calling them "f****** p*****" and telling one, "I will chew your f****** face off".
He then urinated behind the officers' police van, and was "repeatedly spitting".

Meechan, of Denny, Stirlingshire, who appeared by video hyperlink from Low Moss Jail, pleaded responsible at Falkirk Sheriff Courtroom to being drunk and incapable in a public place, and utilizing threatening and abusive behaviour.
Sheriff Simon Colllins QC stated: "It is not an awesome image."
He jailed Meechan, described as having "a dreadful file", for 183 days.
