A person who spat at his brother after they fell out throughout a ingesting session, then urinated within the rear of a police van, was jailed for six months as we speak.
David Hiddleston, 45, spat at his brother Colin Aitchison as Hiddleston was being escorted by police, who had been referred to as to the scene following the falling-out at Mr Aitchison's flat in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire, Falkirk Sheriff Courtroom was advised.
Prosecutor Ann Orr mentioned: "They'd been on the handle consuming alcohol collectively and it will appear that a while across the center of the day there'd been a disagreement and a few shouting between them, and Mr Aitchison contacted the police.

"The police had attended, and by that point issues had calmed down, however Mr Hiddleston was then arrested in relation to a different matter.

He was advised to cease spitting and was positioned in a cage within the rear of a police van to be taken to Dunfermline Police Station.
Mrs Orr mentioned: "Whereas within the cage he urinated and repeatedly spat.

Hiddleston was cautioned and charged, however made no reply.
Hiddleston, of Grangemouth, who appeared by video hyperlink from Low Moss Jail, pleaded responsible to assault and statutory breach of the peace.
The incidents occurred on April eighth (2022) on the flat in Fendoch Highway, Grangemouth, and within the police van on path to Dunfermline.
Solicitor Mark Fallon, defending, mentioned: "He has earlier convictions, and it'll not come as a shock that they end result from his misuse of alcohol.
"He's an alcoholic."
Imposing the six month jail time period, Sheriff Simon Collins QC mentioned: "There is no such thing as a different to a custodial disposal."
