Dramatic footage has emerged of a topless man being hit with a stun gun by cops on a Glasgow avenue.
The person, carrying solely gray tracksuit bottoms and trainers, might be seen staggering in the course of Glassford Avenue within the metropolis, with two cops in shut attendance.
