A Scots cat proprietor watched on in horror as her beloved pet was mauled to demise by a hazard canine in her again backyard.
Ex-nurse Fiona McMillan, 59, mentioned she heard a thud on her again door and noticed her rescue cat Tom within the mouth of a black staffordshire bull terrier kind canine on the again patio of her residence in Glenrothes, Fife.

She says she is now frightened to sleep and fears she is going to undergo nightmares after witnessing the horrific assault.
Fiona added: "I am heartbroken and indignant.
"I've barely slept since Saturday - I am too scared to sleep in case I get nightmares.
"I haven't got any youngsters, it was simply Tom and I.
"He was firm for me for the final three years, particularly throughout lockdown, and now he is simply gone.
"Locals ought to pay attention to this canine. It might kill once more."
Fiona reported the incident onto police later that day and the matter was handed onto Fife Council's canine warden.
A Police Scotland spokesperson mentioned: "On Saturday, Might 21, officers acquired a report that a cat had been killed in Aitken Highway, Glenrothes.
"Recommendation and help was given and the reporter shall be referred to the related company."
