Bin man caught on CCTV throwing rubbish out of bin and onto street

That is the second CCTV caught a council bin man throwing garbage from a resident's bin earlier than leaving it on the road.

Farah Al Nemesh, 26, was livid when she returned dwelling on Could 6, and noticed two baggage of trash she had put into her bin, which had been left on the pavement.

A Hull Metropolis Council spokesperson mentioned: “We respect this incident being delivered to our consideration and would encourage residents to report any issues to us straight.

“That is clearly not the process our workers ought to observe and we apologise to the residents involved.
