West Lothian police hunt thugs who threatened teen and stole his mobile phone

Police in West Lothian are interesting for data after a youngster was robbed in Livingston.

The incident occurred on Peel Path underpass close to Eliburn Mini-market at Jackson Place at round 8.20pm on Wednesday, April 27.
