Teen rushed to hospital with serious head injuries as cops descend on Scots park

A teen has been rushed to hospital with severe head accidents after cops descended on a Scots park.

Cops raced to the Lochend Park space, in Edinburgh, round 12.10am on Saturday, April 30.

Police have been alerted after an 18-year-old man was assaulted within the park.

He was rushed to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for remedy after sustaining severe head accidents.

Locals have been left alarmed after seeing cops within the park on Saturday morning, with experiences of a police 'tent' being erected.

A Police Scotland spokesperson stated: “We have been referred to as round 0.10am on Saturday, 30 April, to a report of an assault within the Lochend Park space of Edinburgh.

“An 18-year-old man sustained severe head accidents and was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. Enquiries are ongoing to ascertain the complete circumstances.”
