Teen left with serious facial injury following weapon attack

A teenage boy was left with a critical facial harm after being attacked with a weapon in Linwood.

The 15-year-old was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth College Hospital in Glasgow following the violent incident on Saturday evening.

The teenager had acquired concerned in an altercation with one other youth round 9.25pm in Middleton Street when he was assaulted with a weapon.

He stays in hospital the place police have confirmed he's in a steady situation.
