An animal activist has offended hillwalkers by leaving "offensive" messages painted on rocks on the summit of Scottish munros.
The native posts on Instagram below the sweary deal with f******_hostile_vegan_sausage, referring to himself as a "steel head munro bagger" as he shares footage of his controversial work.
Edinburgh Stay stories that the walker - recognized solely by the initials RM - has been inserting a brightly colored painted stone on every munro he completes with messages corresponding to "MEAT: Homicide, Evil, Agony, Torture" and "I will kill all of them until they're vegan."
His work has shocked members of the hillwalking group - a good knit one based on a foundation of mutual respect for others walkers.

Mantras embody leaving no garbage and greeting different walkers as they go - so many haven't taken too kindly to the robust messages left within the Scottish magnificence spots.
One horrified hillwalker, Anne Butler, was shocked to discover a stone with "Be type to animals or I will kill you" scrawled on it.
Anne mentioned: "No matter your beliefs, leaving them painted on a cairn on a distant munro high is nothing greater than an act of vandalism.
"Please respect the atmosphere and depart it unspoilt for all who use it. I buried the offending rock below quite a lot of others, hopefully by no means to be seen once more."
One fuming person mentioned: "It appears to be a brand new development to graffiti on the hills. No higher than taking a s*** on a summit for my part."

He added: "It is apparent that it is the message that offends them, not the paint on the small rock.
"So, what I am saying is, let's perhaps not make an enormous deal out of little rocks within the mountains.
"On my hikes I am discovering different painted rocks. With flags, normally Scottish, with expressions of affection, psychological well being help, promoting issues, some have been painted to resemble a ladybug or a frog.
