Scorned ex-wife threatens to 'stick' knife in former partner's lover

A scorned ex-wife instructed her former associate's lover 'I wish to kill you' whereas clutching a knife, a courtroom heard.

Jean Milburn appeared in courtroom through a video hyperlink from jail to be sentenced. She was beforehand charged with threats to kill and possession of a blade.

Milburn then ran to her bag pulling out a knife waving it on the sufferer. The courtroom heard that she instructed the sufferer: "I wish to kill you, I might simply f***ing stick this in you."

In mitigation, Michele Turner mentioned Milburn entered responsible pleas and was very remorseful.
