Police discover skull on Scots road in early hours of morning

Cops have been scrambled to a Scots street after a 'cranium' was found within the early hours.

Police had been known as to Bellshill Highway in Motherwell at round 5:30am on Friday, April 15.

A member of the general public alerted officers to 'what gave the impression to be a cranium'.

Alarmed locals reported seeing police on the scene round 10:30am this morning, including there was an object 'coated up'.

An investigation has been launched to find out whether or not the cranium is 'faux' or 'a bit of lacking memorabilia'.

The cranium is just not regarded as suspicious.

A Police Scotland spokesperson mentioned: “Round 5.30am on Friday, 15 April, police had been known as to Bellshill Highway in Motherwell, after a member of the general public found what gave the impression to be a cranium.

"Enquiries are ongoing to ascertain whether or not the cranium is faux or is a bit of lacking memorabilia. There may be not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.”
