Scots singer Lulu has posted a selfie with First Minister Nicola Sturgeon because the pair turned out to an occasion to assist a pal of theirs.
The unlikely duo posed for a selfie on the launch of Younger Mungo, the model new e book by their mate Douglas Stuart.
The occasion which was held in Glasgow on Thursday night time, noticed the Scots author launch his model new novel, following the success of his earlier e book Shuggie Bain.
And Lulu shared the snap to her 26.1k Instagram followers and wrote: " Two followers of Douglas Stuart at his e book launch of Younger Mungo in Glasgow final night time.@nicolasturgeon@douglas_stuart#firstministerofscotland#youngmungo Scots eternally."
And the First Minister additionally shared the snap saying she was delighted to fulfill the legend.
She wrote: " Pretty assembly the legend that's Lulu final night time at. the@ayewriteglasgowoccasion to welcome Shuggie Bain writer and@thebookerprizeswinner@douglas_stuartresidence to Glasgow - and mark publication of his new novel, Younger Mungo."
And plenty of followers have been loving the image.

Talking beforehand about his e book, Douglas mentioned his new novel "comes from a private place".
He mentioned: "It is a story about two younger males. Writing Shuggie requested me a query. It requested me about Shuggie's sexuality, it requested me about what we did to younger males, working class males, what we count on of them, how we damage them, as we do.
"And I could not reply that on this e book... so I wished to go away and take a look at two teenage boys rising up in 1991 within the East Finish of Glasgow, some of the disadvantaged neighbourhoods like I grew up in myself, and simply type of take into consideration masculinity in that means.
"So these two boys are divided by territorial gangs, scheme gangs, however they fall in love throughout the divide.
