A person has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal after a lorry collided with a railway bridge in Dundee.
Emergency companies had been alerted to the collision on St Vincent Avenue, in Broughty Ferry, at round 9.10am on Saturday, April 30.
Community Rail Scotland shared pictures displaying a partly crushed lorry weighing over seven tonnes caught below a railway bridge.

Police confirmed the incident has been cleared and one man will likely be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in reference to street site visitors offences.
A Community Rail spokesperson mentioned: “Earlier this morning, a 7.5 tonne lorry struck the railway bridge over St Vincent Avenue in Broughty Ferry.
“Prepare companies remained operating in each instructions with a brief pace restriction of 20mph in place over the bridge for security causes whereas the bridge was inspected a Community Rail engineer.
“The bridge has since been inspected the bridge and no security considerations have been recognized. Because of this, the non permanent pace restriction has now been eliminated and prepare companies are operating as deliberate.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson mentioned: “Round 9.10am on Saturday, April 30, police had been referred to as to the St Vincent Avenue space of Broughty Ferry, following a report of a van colliding with a rail bridge.
“The world was cleared round 11.20am and one man will likely be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in reference to street site visitors offences.”
