A person has been taken to hospital after the automotive he was driving hit a tree whereas attempting to dodge a pickup truck on the A98 final evening.
The crash occurred between 10pm and midnight on the street between Cullen and Portsoy.
The white Nissan Navara was being pushed in the direction of Cullen when a gray or black pick-up kind automobile, which was driving in the wrong way, veered in the direction of the Nissan.
This triggered the Nissan to come back off the street and hit a tree.
Police raced to the scene however discovered no-one within the Nissan upon arrival.
A search of the world ensued and a short while later, the 33-year-old male driver was traced.
He was taken by ambulance to Dr Grey’s Hospital in Elgin.
His situation isn't but recognized.
Officers are actually interesting for witnesses and are asking anybody with any data on the incident to come back ahead.
Within the meantime, their enquiries into the smash are ongoing.
Constable David Corridor, of Keith Police Station, stated: “Our enquiries are ongoing to determine the total circumstances of the crash.
“I'd urge anybody who might have witnessed the crash or might have seen the automobile concerned previous to the crash to get in contact.
“Anybody with data or dash-cam footage which may help our investigation ought to contact police by way of 101, quoting incident 0037 of 30 March.”
