Cops in Dumfries have carried out a nighttime raid on a flat within the Borders city, arresting a 24-year-old ladies on alleged medicine expenses.
Officers in riot gear stormed the residence within the neighborhood of Terregles Road shortly after 7pm on Saturday March 5.
