A Scots firefighter was sacked after he mocked a disabled man for being fats whereas on a name out to assist him.
Christopher Ketterer made 'vile' feedback 'degrading' the weak man after he wanted help getting up off his rest room flooring.
An employment tribunal heard Mr Ketterer and his colleagues have been despatched to the unnamed man's home at 3am after studies he was caught.
However the firefighters have been 'pissed off' as they felt the incident was not an emergency, the listening to was informed.
As soon as the 29 12 months outdated completed his 14 hour evening shift, he then vented his anger by writing a 'surprising' Whatsapp message to his associates and colleagues - which was later shared by another person anonymously on Twitter.
The message used 'pejorative' language in addition to indignant face emojis, a panel heard.
He was then sacked for gross misconduct after 11 years within the fireplace service.
Mr Ketterer has misplaced a declare for unfair dismissal after the tribunal discovered he had breached the fireplace service's values.

The employment tribunal held in Scotland heard: "[Mr Ketterer] and different members of his crew have been pissed off at being referred to as out over the incident.
"They believed it had not been a real emergency and the caller was recognized from having made related calls prior to now.
"Mr Ketterer perceived the manner of the caller and his cousin to point that they have been trivialising the standing of his function and recognising that they have been losing the firefighters' time."
As soon as his shift completed at 9am, Mr Ketterer despatched a message the place he mocked the person's dimension on a Whatsapp group and stated the toilet had smelt like 'shit' with 5 of his colleagues.
The tribunal heard he described the incident as an 'absolute shame' and used a 'variety of profanities and referred to the caller in degrading phrases'.
This message was then forwarded by one among his colleagues to different firefighter teams and was posted anonymously on Twitter.
The tribunal heard that in his disciplinary listening to, Mr Ketterer defined he had despatched the message out of frustration.
He stated it "(referred to as) to thoughts earlier related incidents together with some with the identical caller, or one other the place he needed to wait 4 hours with a caller for an ambulance to reach, or one other the place a colleague was assaulted", the tribunal heard.
"[Mr Ketterer] stated that the crew had behaved professionally in direction of the caller... He talked about the caller's cousin referring to 'getting the fireplace service out once more' in a jocular method".
However Mr Ketterer was sacked in June that 12 months as a result of his message was deemed 'vile' and 'surprising' because of the 'derogatory language'.
After the daddy of 1 unsuccessfully appealed his sacking, he took the service to an employment tribunal claiming unfair dismissal.
Dismissing his claims, Employment Decide Brian Campbell stated: "Mr Keith gave clear proof to the impact that it was Mr Ketterer's conduct which brought on him to make the choice to dismiss.
"That proof is accepted. The put up, which Mr Ketterer to his credit score by no means denied sending, largely speaks for itself by way of its tone and language.
"It was an entirely inappropriate option to confer with a weak member of the general public, which once more to his credit score he accepted on reflection."
