"The boys then began to name my dad and mom ‘P***’ and ‘refugees’ and threw the bollards from the highway at them and at my canine.
"5 boys circled my dad then threw the bollard at my dad’s head and kicked my dad earlier than he even had time to react.
"I'm completely disgusted and livid at this.
