Vladimir Putin has used a lethal vacuum bomb amid the continuing Russian invasion of Ukraine, an envoy has claimed.
The Ukrainian ambassador to the US Oksana Markarova stated on Monday the Kremlin had used the bomb throughout air strikes, stories the Mirror.
