James McAvoy spotted dining at popular Glasgow restaurant ahead of Theatre Royal show

James McAvoy was noticed having lunch at a preferred Glasgow restaurant earlier than he takes to the stage in Cyrano de Bergerac tonight.

The 42-year-old actor dined at Ristorante Pieno on Hope Avenue for some lunch, simply hours earlier than he is because of take to the stage.

The eatery shared an image of the actor on their Fb web page, saying: "We had the unbelievable James McAvoy in for lunch at the moment!

"Good luck in your first present 'Cyrano de Bergerac' at The Theatre Royal."
