Over 200 Irvine jobs have been saved after a Russian-owned chemical plant was purchased over for an undisclosed quantity.
Barony Common Merchandise Plc, based mostly within the city's Riverside Enterprise Park, has been purchased out of a Russian firm's management by C.A.L.M Singularity, a Cyprus-based agency, on Friday.
The family product producer that has been within the city since 2011 was beforehand owned by the Russian father or mother group The Arnest Group and boasts 250 jobs.
