Edinburgh schoolgirl 'chased by man in black Speedos' in woodland area

Police are probing an incident during which a schoolgirl was chased by a person 'sporting solely pants' via a woodland space in Edinburgh.

The alleged incident is claimed to have occurred at round 12:30pm on Buckstone Knoll, in Edinburgh, on Wednesday, March 23.

The lady's mom took to social media after her 12-year-old daughter instructed her she had been adopted dwelling by a person.

The younger lady was stated to be strolling within the wooded space when a person 'made it clear' he was following her.

When the teen started to run, she alleged the person additionally gave chase.

The person was stated to be sporting solely black pants, which regarded like 'Speedos', with a blue v-neck t-shirt.

He is described as being in his late forties to early fifties, was round 5 foot 9 in top and had gray stubble and thinning hair.

Officers had been referred to as to the Buckstone space of Edinburgh after stories of a person appearing suspiciously in a close-by wooded space.
