Investigators with York Regional Police are looking for a suspect following a sexual assault at Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill.
Police obtained a report Jan. 13 from a sufferer who alleged she was sexually assaulted within the afternoon of Dec. 18, 2021.
In accordance with police stories, the sufferer was in a retailer on the mall, positioned at Yonge Avenue and sixteenth Avenue, when an unknown man touched her with out her consent.
Police are looking for the suspect and are asking any witnesses with info to please contact them.
The suspect is described as Black, in his 20s, 6-feet, 1-inch tall, with a medium construct. He was sporting black pants with a sample, an extended black coat, black hat with fur protecting his ears, a waist pack and a black backpack.
Investigators have launched a picture of the suspect obtained by a surveillance digicam.
