A 22-year-old man has been arrested and faces fees in reference to a downtown Toronto collision that killed an 18-year-old Hamilton man on Boxing Day.
The rollover crash occurred on Richmond Avenue West and Yonge Avenue when two automobiles collided, inflicting a Kia to roll onto its facet, placing a number of pedestrians.
Eight individuals have been taken to hospital, with two in life-threatening situation. Kean McKenzie, 18, from Hamilton died in hospital lower than every week later.
Demar Kerr, 22, of Toronto, turned himself in to police on Tuesday.
He was arrested and charged with harmful operation conveyance inflicting demise, 5 counts of harmful operation conveyance inflicting bodily hurt, and breach of probation.
He was scheduled to look in courtroom Tuesday.
