ABBOTSFORD, B.C. - A novice British Columbia driver faces quite a few tickets and 9 penalty factors after police allege he was travelling in extra of 200 kilometres per hour in his mom’s automotive.

Police in Abbotsford say in an announcement that the 20-year-old man was pulled over at round 3 a.m. Sunday when an unmarked police cruiser was handed on a freeway by a dashing automobile.

When the automobile was stopped, police say the lone driver was co-operative and was not impaired.

When requested why he was travelling at such a velocity, police allege he replied that he wished to see how briskly his mom’s automotive would go.

A police social media put up says the automotive’s “engine blew” shortly after the four-door household sedan was safely pulled over.

The automobile was impounded for seven days whereas the driving force has been issued three tickets, together with one for extreme velocity and one other for failing to show a novice decal, leading to $788 in fines.
