A winter storm Monday has closed all Toronto District College Board and Toronto Catholic District College Board faculties to in-person studying. Each faculty boards say faculties can be shifting to distant studying for the day.

Surroundings Canada has issued a winter storm warning for Toronto, noting there can be whole snowfall quantities of 25 to 40 cm.

The storm started Sunday evening and is predicted to finish Monday night.
