A Cobourg man was arrested after police responded to a report of a household dispute.
On Friday, Jan. 14, at 11:45 p.m., Cobourg police had been referred to as to a residence within the north finish of Cobourg for a report of an ongoing household dispute.
On account of the investigation, police tried to arrest a person, at which era the person allegedly struck the officer within the face and pulled off the officer's medical face masks, inflicting minor accidents.
A 26-year-old Cobourg man was arrested and charged with the next offences:
1. Assault with intent to withstand arrest opposite to part 270(1)(b) of the Prison Code
2. Uttering Threats – Trigger Dying or Bodily Hurt opposite to part 264.1(1)(a) The person was later launched on an endeavor with a future courtroom date. The title of the accused won't be launched to guard the sufferer's identification.
