Metrolinx expropriates land in Brampton for road widening for future Hurontario LRT

Metrolinx has expropriated land to accomodate the construction of the Hurontario LRT.

Land expropriation is underway in Brampton to accommodate highway widening alongside Hurontario in anticipation of the long run gentle rail transit system.

Land at 7800 Hurontario St. has been expropriated for the mission.

Based on Metrolinx, the Crown company answerable for GO Transit, it has expropriated three parcels of land on the web site, close to Steeles Avenue and Hurontario Avenue.
