Kings of Leon frontman halts gig after brawl erupts during Glasgow set

American rock band Kings of Leon was pressured to cease a live performance in Glasgow after a struggle broke out throughout their set. Frontman Caleb Followill halted the band's efficiency of hit track 'Crawl' on the OVO Hydro on Tuesday when he noticed the disturbance within the crowd.

Clips from followers present the singer asking followers "Is it the bald man kicking off?", as the group started to boo the interruption. Caleb later jokes "It is all the time the f****** guys, is not it" because the viewers cheered.

Eyewitnesses say one man was escorted out of the constructing by safety earlier than the band completed their set. One instructed Glasgow Stay : "The struggle broke out about 30 seconds earlier than the band observed the scuffle.

"I used to be sitting in good view of the scenario, and was stunned to see that the struggle continued for so long as it did. When the band observed, it was handled effectively and dealt with by the stewards, or whoever, effectively sufficient.

"I am simply glad it did not occur extra as a result of it might have been irritating for the gig to be stopped once more. It was annoying sufficient having my favorite track minimize off by a struggle, however I am positive the viewers would have been extra annoyed if it had occurred once more."

Police Scotland and The OVO Hydro have each been contacted for touch upon the scenario.

Kings of Leon proceed their UK tour with a go to to Newcastle's Utilita Enviornment on Wednesday June 29. The rock band are being supported on their UK tour by Scottish indie band, The Snuts.
