Belarus has joined the Russian invasion to grow to be the second nation to assault Ukraine, the federal government has stated.
Ukrainian parliament claims that troops 'have entered' the northern area of Chernihiv, in response to a tweet from its official Twitter account.
The invasion was confirmed by Latvian Defence Minister, Dr Atis Pabriks, who acknowledged Belarusian troopers had crossed the border into Ukraine, the Mirror reviews.

The Tweet from the official @verkhovna_rada Twitter account for the parliament of Ukraine, stated: "Belarusian troops have entered Chernihiv area.
"The knowledge was confirmed to the general public by Vitaliy Kyrylov, spokesman for the North Territorial Defence Forces.”
It means Lukashenko's troops have joined the battle on the sixth day of the invasion as Russia continues to push forward to attempt to take key Ukrainian cities.
In line with native reviews from the area, a column of 33 tanks rolled previous residents of Slabyn, Pakul and Mykhailo-Kotsyubynsky at 11.30am native time.
